Phytochemical-Mediated Biosynthesis of Silver Nanoparticles from Strobilanthes glutinosus: Exploring Biological Applications

The application of green synthesis for silver nanoparticles in nanomedicine has experienced significant growth. Strobilanthes glutinosus, a plant primarily located the Himalayas, remains largely unexplored. Considering biomedical value S. phytochemicals from this were used biosynthesis nanoparticles. Silver synthesized aqueous extract root and leaves glutinosus. characterized using UV–Vis spectrophotometry, Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction. Total phenolic flavonoid contents plants determined compared with efficacy extracts was assessed antioxidant antibacterial assays. spectra leaf- root-extract-mediated AgNPs showed characteristic peaks at 428 nm 429 nm, respectively.
